Cancellation possible only until order is fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your order please let me know immediately. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the damaged box and any marks on the doll that happened during transport.
